Global Kiwi Labs, project 001
A level playing field where digital and traditional markets meet
TheHUB is building shared market infrastructure for the next generation of markets: a neutral physical and connectivity layer where trading venues, institutional traders, market makers and infrastructure providers operate on a common high-performance foundation.
A global trading convergence
The line between traditional and digital markets is blurring. TheHUB converges the best of traditional market colocation, high-performance compute, and equalized access with DeFi product innovation, and democratized access to markets.

One place to build, connect and trade
- 001
Choose your compute
bring your own servers, rent bare metal from providers inside the cage, or run on-prem virtual machines.
- 002
A level playing field
paths inside the facility are measured, optimized and equalized. Speed and fairness for all.
- 003
Synchronized time
a GPS-synchronized clock timestamps orders as they enter the network.
- 004
Your market, your rules
venues deploy their own matching engines and keep their own rules and market design. TheHUB is the infrastructure underneath, not an exchange.
- 005
Connect without moving
firms with infrastructure already running nearby can join the same equalized network. The racks stay where they are.
The Tokyo hub
design view, not an as-built record. FPGA: field-programmable gate array. LE: latency envelope.
Built for anyone who wants to operate on a level playing field
Trading venues run their matching engines on a foundation they do not have to build. Trading firms and market makers reach every venue in the facility under the same physical conditions. Node operators and infrastructure providers work from inside the same cage. Each keeps its own rules, models and edge; what they share is the infrastructure underneath.
